Hydro-Stacker™ Description and Photos of Parts
While we believe the Hydro-Stacker unit is the easiest hydroponics unit to setup we also understand that having photos of the parts is a big help in getting your system together quickly. Below find photos and descriptions of most of the parts included in your kit.
Hydro-Stacker™ Unit
This is the complete HYDRO-STACKER™ UNIT. When properly mounted it will rotate 360 degrees and feeding will be performed standing up. The stand at the bottom is sold at dealers only. No mail orders for stands.
Hydro-Stacker™ slip swivel and connector
These two parts are the Hydro-Stacker™ slip swivel, on the left, and the Hydro-Stacker™ connector on the right. These patented parts allow the HYDRO-STACKER FUNNEL to slip inside it and supports the weight of the Hydro-Stacker™. It also allows the Hydro-Stacker™ unit to rotate freely
Hydro-Stacker™ Nutrient Injector Fitting
The long straight black line is our feeding tube. This tube is cut to a precise length in order to deliver the proper amount of nutrient in a three-minute period of time.
The white hose is very special. This the nutrient delivery line or also referred to as the ½" poly pipe. It does not allow sunlight to enter inside of its outer layer. This keeps the nutrient from having any algae or fungus from growing in the line.
The white pvc fitting is the Hydro-Stacker™ nutrient injector fitting. Its patented design will hold the ½" poly pipe and the nutrient injector feed line. This fitting is secured on top of the ¾".
The black fitting on end the ½" poly pipe is the figure eight. This part is slipped over the end of the ½" poly pipe and keeps the end of the ½" poly pipe closed. This part is used at the end of the last Hydro-Stacker™.
Hydro-Stacker™ diffuser
Hydro-Stacker™ diffuser - This item lets the nutrient flow at an even rate to the HYDRO-STACKER™ planters in the stack.
Hydro-Stacker™ slip swivel
The part at the base of this unit is the HYDRO-STACKER SLIP SWIVEL. This patented part makes the HYDRO-STACKER unit turn freely.
The part above the HYDRO-STACKER SLIP SWIVEL is the HYDRO-STACKER CONNECTOR. This patented part allows the HYDRO-STACKER FUNNEL to slip inside it and supports the weight of the HYDRO-STACKER. It also allows the HYDRO-STACKER unit to rotate freely.
The part above the HYDRO-STACKER CONNECTOR is the HYDRO-STACKER FUNNEL. This part is the collector and central drain point for any excess nutrient. This part also serves as the collection point for growers who wish to collect any of the excess runoff from the HYDRO-STACKER UNIT.
Hydro-Stacker™ Greenback Pressure Regulator Valve
This is the HYDRO-STACKER GREENBACK PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE. This valve keeps the pressure regulated and flow rate correct at all times. When adjusted correctly, the correct amount of nutrient will be fed in the allotted time. This fitting uses no clamps. The clamping mechanism is integrated into the valve body. No leaks or messes.
Hydro-Stacker™ Feed line clip
The small black clip on the ¾" pipe is the HYDRO-STACKER FEED LINE CLIP. This clip is used for securing the feed line to insure it does not come out of the HYDRO-STACKER NUTRIENT INJECTOR FITTING.
Hydro-Stacker™ yellow nutrient feed line
This tool is called the YELLOW NUTRIENT FEED LINE TOOL. This tool is used to insert an accurate hole size for the HYDRO-STACKER NUTRIENT INJECTOR FEED LINE. It has been colored yellow to be easy to find.
Hydro-Stacker™ feeding tube

Hydro-Stacker™ pipe connector
This part is slipped over the end of the ½" POLY PIPE and keeps the end of the ½" POLY PIPE closed. This part is used at the end of the last HYDRO-STACKER Electric Unit.
Korrel Stones
These KORREL STONES will save hours of work from weeding. When used correctly in the HYDRO-STACKER UNIT they will keep unwanted weeds from growing and algae from forming.
Nutrient Injector Fitting
The white pvc fitting is the HYDRO-STACKER NUTRIENT INJECTOR FITTING. Its patented design will hold the ½" POLY PIPE and the NUTRIENT INJECTOR FEED LINE. This fitting is secured on top of the ¾" pipe.
Hydro-Stacker™ Planter
Single 4-position polystyrene stack-able planter. This is 1 of 5 used in each stack. This is the replacement for the original HYDRO-STACKER Planter.
Hydro-Stacker™ Planter Tool
Tool for making the proper size holes for the planting of plug plants.
Digital Timer
This timer made for the HYDRO-STACKER UNIT will allow for the proper amount of feeding time for each unit. It is designed to operate on a special feeding schedule. No other unit can be adjusted as accurately as this timer.
