Can you plant different plants in the HYDRO-STACKER™ vertical garden at the same time?

Yes, it is best to plant the most aggressive plants in the lower planters. Tomatoes, peppers are some aggressive plants. Lettuce, carrots, radishes, collards, beans are less aggressive. By aggressive we mean the thickness of the root system.
